Holy shit! I was reading this thread, enjoying the conversation and I find out that Test is dead! That's horrible news. He was a solid worker and he had an awesome finisher (The Test Drive). Damn, wrestlers die so young.

Yea, it upset me to hear the news. I loved his old theme song... dunn dunn, dun dun dun.....

We should change the subject. Ummm......

Does Triple H have too much promotion/airtime?

miz and morrison are hilarious, and the vicky-big show-edge angle is also pretty funny and entertaining. Wrestlemania is shaping up to be a fine event this year, unlike WM 23 (shivers)

Wrestlemania 23 wasn't memorable in the least bit. I'm glad Super Cena isn't the focal point of this one though. Anyways.........

I think that while HHH has good storylines, he takes up too much airtime, valuable minutes that could be used to build up other stars. HHH can't fight forever, but somehow he'll always be champ.

Can't wait for Wrestlemania 23! Orton/HHH should deliver big time, as well as the Hardy Boyz match and Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker. Not entirely sure about the choice of guys in the Money in the Bank match, though............

I'm glad to see the WWE back on track. It's been mediocre for a while, but I never stopped watching.

And as long as Hunter's married to Stephanie, he's going to hog up all of the best storylines. He'll probably make himself break Rick Flair's record too.

Sooo, who's the best high flier in WWE? Evan Bourne, Kofi Kingston, Rey Mysterio, Ron Truth? I'm a Bourne fan, myself. That fool's going to kill himself!!

Holy crap, I didn't know he died. He was 33. It's just another in this sad string of wrestlers dying young.

Big boss man, chris candido, chris benoit, eddie guerrero, brian adams (crush), the british bulldog, yukozuna, curt hennig (mr perfect), junkyard dog, big john studd, Anthony Durante (pitbull #2), bam bam bigelow, rocco rock, johnny grunge, hawk, earthquake, mike awesome, rick rude, terry gordy, krnous, brian pillman, crash holly.

All these deaths in the last 15 years. I'm pretty sure non of these guys reached 50. Some not even close.

^^ WM 25 you mean...right?

I dont mind trips, I find him quite entertaining, although the raw story line with edge seems much more interesting right now. It's a shame they can't stick Chris jericho in there, who is gonna end up having to fight Flair or something(rolls eyes).

hhh is like the undertaker or shawn micheals, who continue to be title contenders and main eventers even though theyre a tad past their expiration date. They'll retire before becoming old mid carders or workers.

^^^Yeah. It's sad because, even though these guys are portraying characters, true fans look forward to seeing them every week. We begin to quote them. To a degree, we love them for sacrificing themselves for us. There's some really good youtube tributes to be found. And if you haven't already, check out Mickey Rourke in "The Wrestler". It's awsome stuff.

Yeah, I meant Wrestlemania 25! Somebody used a Jedi mind trick, mentioning the number 23. Screwed up my thought process!

Personally, I made up my mind about Trips a long time ago. He's like Hogan. He gets some mass appeal for casual viewers but he rarely puts guys over. I honestly don't care about the Trips Ortan match up cause I don't care for either guy. Also, aside from Shane, I got no love for the McMahon family. They are great heels and I never buy their face turns. As for Ortan, I try to like him but he plays things so straight that he often comes off as boring.

However, I have to attempt, I liked the Trips house invasion from raw. It was like a horror movie. It was stupid as hell, but I got some mindless enjoyment out of it.
