One more thing.

OVer here in Europe it is a little bit different. I need to take it to store where i bought it, so what should i put in box except for PS3? Cables that came with it or just PS3 with nothing else?

Bring the cables, and probably the controller that came with it.

When I sent back my PS3, I just stopped it from logging on automatically, and copies my save files over, but I think there are other things you can do

Seems like an overheating error to me. How well ventilated is your PS3?

Anyway, you have warranty, so send it back. Log on to your region's PSN site (US, EU etc.), edit your billing information and remove it, but leave the rest.

If you're unable to change the autologin setting, can't you login to your PSN account management page via a web browser on any computer and change the password? This way the autologin on your PS3 will just fail.
