I've never been overly impressed with FromSoftware, the NB devs -- their recent Wii/PSP Tenchu was better than previous iterations, but I still think they aren't in the NG2 ballpark just yet.  NG/NG2 were... awesome.

absolutely not. Ninja Gaiden has a pretty massive and loyal fanbase.



Not a 360 fanboy, just a PS3 fanboy hater that likes putting them in their place ^.^

Even though From Software's newest games are actually not too bad.

If Microsoft advertises the game properly it should 500 k or more WW straight out of the gate. The demand for hack-n-slash seems slow at the moment. This game should sell well.

NG was a broken series ever since it went 3D (No offense). Itagaki was milking the name value of NG. The camera angles never ceased to aggrivate players (especially when it was to follow you), the storyline was aimless, the script was horrible, the voice acting was corny, and Itagaki made the bosses impossible to piss off gamers. There are many reasons Itagaki is infamous and his arrogance showed through the creation of the game. It was half-assed when it could've been 10 times better. The only two things NG did right post-2D era was having great graphics and a great moveset. Besides that the games were broken.

No post 2D era NG game has sold beyond 1.5 million. I say Ninja Blade will do it.
