I want this game so much, maybe i will get it soon.

Soon? How about "now"?

The game has been discontinued.

I made sure to snag games like Vesperia and Valkyria Chronicles. Best part is that both of these (with what I have experienced so far with ToV) will wind up being 2 of my favorite JRPGs this gen.

Discontinued? I see they are in stock  at amazon.com

Maybe i will order next month.

I was just going by this thread.

I know my local stores aren't getting anymore in. I just picked it up 2-days ago and I had to get the shelf copy.

Do pick it up though, it is great fun so far and some of the comments are just hilarious.

There is virtually no difference between installing a game or running it from Game disc on XBox 360. Game installs on XBox 360 are optional.

I take it you don't own a 360 then because I know damn well that "The Last Remnant" really benefits from the install, as well as "Lost Odyssey", as well as "Mass Effect" and I am sure I could find more by doing some more installs.

"The Last Remnant" for example when installed runs better but still has technical issue and plenty of them. Without the install the game runs like ass.

"Lost Odyssey" without an install take like 10-15 seconds for battles to start or just going from the map into the "Nautilus", or any vehicle you are using for that matter. With an install those load times got cut by about 50% for me.

"Mass Effect" with the install solved a lot of the load issues there as well, although nothing will ever help those long, boring, drawn out elevator rides.

I only have 20Gb HDD and I would only install games if I had a 120GB HDD. Installs chew up heaps of HDD space.

Well then you are admitting that you made that comment like it was fact yet never install games, meaning you didn't even know.

I only have a 20GB as well and I only install 1 game at a time, whichever I am playing at the moment, which on the 360 is 100% of the time an RPG or a game like Viva Pinata. A couple of rentals in between of course but all games purchased on 360 are Viva Pinata and/or RPG.

How do you fill up a 360 HDD? I have 1 game installed and I have like 6-8 XBLA titles and still have over 7GB available.

The installs really help. You have any JRPG or games like Mass Effect that you have not completed yet?

There is almost no loading time.

So when it goes into a battle it isn't anything like Lost Odyssey where I needed to wait like 10 seconds before the battle started?

If so then I guess i'll just play it from the disc.

No It's nothing like Lost Odyssey's load time. Enjoy the game and make sure to listen to the opening theme, its catchy.

Of course. Everytime I load up a JRPG I make sure to watch the opening video and listen to the theme.

I have many opening themes memorized because of this. I even know the words to the Lunar opening theme by heart.

Why i didn't add you to my friends before now is a mystery, but dammit I just sent you are request because of this.

When all the land is peaceful
and there is no
real threat to us at last.

Then comes the time for love
two hearts colliding
into one great hymn.

But there are winds foreboding
and there is a
dark storm that soon will pass.

Kiss me my love, then go
the time for
valor has returned again.

On through the night
Keep marching on...

Fighting
Through the darkness
All is evil
still we must press on

Friendship
forged in battle
watch your backs now
take heed!

<bridge>

Come back to me...

Fighting
Through the darkness
All is evil
still we must press on

Flying
toward the power
that enslaves us
yet we are not done.

Racing
Toward the climax
of the battle
to return to love.

Valiant
'gainst the power
evil forces
take heed!

Oooh Oooh! Don't forget the PS1 re-release!

Wings - English

In your dreams,
magical thoughts...
All things are real
unless you dream they're not.
In your dreams,
love is the plot
carried on wings of hope.

Each of our souls
intertwine, when we do.
Instantly we see it
the time to grow and be it
when everything is pinned on a hope.

Let rise the dreams of your heart,
that innocent youth
careless and kind.
Free to roam the breeze in love
only when two
brilliantly shine as one...

Sorry getting off topic guys, but I have to continue this hehe. Yeah I have owned Lunar 1 on Sega CD, PS1, and GBA. I still have have the GBA game actually. I liked all version of Lunar 1. Although I didn't some of the changes they made in Silver Star Story, overall it was better game. For some reason, I didn't like the PS1 version Lunar 2. I still prefer the Sega CD version till this day. Okay rant over everyone.

Unfortunately I've given up all hope of Lunar 3. Game Arts was purchased by Square Enix if I'm not mistaken and we haven't seen a Lunar or Grandia game since

For anyone that doesn't have it. Buy Tales of Vesperia, as it's been mentioned before the game has been discontinued so once your local retailer sells all their copies the game is gone for good To my friends in Europe, I hope they release the game soon. You will NOT be disappointed.
