Does installing Tales of Vesperia make a noticable difference?

I made sure to snag games like Vesperia and Valkyria Chronicles. Best part is that both of these (with what I have experienced so far with ToV) will wind up being 2 of my favorite JRPGs this gen.

Discontinued? I see they are in stock  at amazon.com
