with Wii motion plus, who here would want a true lightsaber/force game for the Wii?
a good one too, no craptastic games ala SWTFU or SWLSD
a good one where you can control the force with the nunchuck and wiimote while holding the Z button
and slash by holding the B button and swinging XD
Screw the Z button--just control the force by shaking the Nunchuk on its' own.
But hell yes! As a matter of fact, I'd be very surprised if we didn't see something like this soon after the Motion+ came out. In fact, LucasArts was pissed at not knowing about the peripheral before announcing Lightsaber Duels since it meant they'd have to make another SW game for Wii.
A star wars lightsaber game for wii is what the people want. Hopefully Lucas arts will provide us with one that is really good. Force unleashed was a real letdown. Lucasarts needs to provide quality titles like they did in the old days.
@deathscape, be prepared to scratch off killzone2 and add GT5, FF13 and uncharted 2. XD

While I'm sure they'd have liked WM+ for Lightsaber Duels I'm equally sure we wouldn't even have Lightsaber Duels if WM+ had existed prior. SWCW:LD is sort of a tossaway game that they knew would make money. It's aimed at kids though. And they did that because they realized they couldn't do it the way we wanted it to be done.
Now that a SW game with proper lightsaber action is possible you can bet LucasArts is working on a serious SW game using it. Something like Force Unleashed 2 or a Jedi Dark Knight game. Hopefully something with an insane online multiplayer action like the PC version of Dark Forces had.
I would love for another Rogue Squadron title, personally.

heh well..I hope they're making a good game..yes like Rogue Squadron or Dark Froces those games were very good games and very good SW games too I just hope they don't pull a SWCW:LD on us
Won't happen. Lucas Arts don't make great games anymore.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
