Forums - Nintendo - Strange Nintendo Teaser

well for guessing games I'll say ZELDA

it was what 1998 when ocarina of time came out, and Nintendo did say that it was the beginning or first zelda game. (well if you ignore that one for ds or whatever minish cup was it were you didn't even have the master sword or something and you were making it. did that not even have zelda in or something

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

I still have a suspicion it's not even a Nintendo made game ..everyone has just assumed it has to be made by nintendo and started on a nintendo machine...however this just was shown and maybe Ninty struck an exlusive deal(yes I am aware of legends) but maybe this is a return to form true game.

yea it could be a play on words.  ocarina of time is considered the start of the story line (like phantom menace lets say) and is just over 10 years old.  and also technically zelda did start over 10 years ago, close to 20.

just a way to throw us off but still be telling the truth. thats how i'm looking at it, of course wishfully looking at it

^ its ridiculous, its more complicated than LOST.

How can their games be getting easier and their mysteries be getting nuttier

Castlevania and Mario Party both came out just under ten years ago...

My Games of 2011:

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Super Mario 3D Land

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception

People have a thing for 5's. If it was something from the 80s it'd say "over 20 years ago", from the NES era "over 15 years ago", so I'm guessing from the 64 era. Pokemon?

i'm almost certain it's pilot wings.
