When Xbox came out, all the xbox fanboys argued that xbox had better graphics so it was better than ps2. And PS2 gamers argued graphics didnt matter, all that mattered were the games.

I find now that PS3 owners ( most are the old ps2 owners) argue that PS3 is better because of the graphics and blu-ray, while the xbox 360 owners now argue that xbox 360 has more games.

Anyone else notice this?

Somewhat, yeah, although the PS3 is catching up quickly when it comes to games. But over the past couple of years, it's occurred to me more than once what a role reversal it's been.

PS3 gamers have the mindset and gaming taste of PS2 and PSP owners, IMO.

No group of owners put that much importance on graphics, not even original Xbox owners. Xbox fans are mostly fans of the Xbox because of what it's done for western gaming.

Most PS3 fans are happy playing MGS4 and Uncharted and Killzone 2. It is about games, and PS3 has lots of good games.
