Pretty predictable week except for the PSP. I am guessing it got a bundle or new color since it doesn't look like it got big software this week.
Mario and Luigi still hanging in the top ten. That is really good considering other big software has tended to just drop after the first couple of weeks.

Thats japanese girls for you. If its cute, they'll buy. If its in plenty of fashion colors, they'll buy it. If they BFFs (cant even believe I wrote this...I lost 35 points of my IQ.) buy, they'll soon follow.
PS- just saying this cuz I've read (here or Kotaku) that it was written in the articles about that REV sales that there where lots of young women buying PSPs at the same time, not sure if its real, just following with the info I got.
Amazingly good sales for both RE 5 versions, but especially the 360. It's the best selling non-exclusive on the system. 360 hardware is a bit low, but the RE 5 bundle probably kept the sales even.

PSP sales are noice, and PS3 @ 40-freaking-k. This is what happens when a steady stream of games comes out.
Biggest news this week is that in it's 50th week on the charts, Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G is still in the top 10 of sales. My god. And it will hit 3 mil after it's 52nd week (1 year) on the charts in only one region. I can't believe that MHP2G has outsold the PS3 in Japan. Kudos to Capcom, Awesome game.

I guess not. A lot of friends of mine in Taiwan are playing this game non-stop and this game was sold out everywhere in Taiwan since launch on 2/26. But the VGChartz "other" # for this game is still 0.

Two new colors (blue, red) for PSP were released in Japan last week. A lot people have been holding up for their purchase I guess.
There will be another two new colors (green, yellow) to be released soon.
