New Professor Layton Game Announced, First Of New Trilogy

Fans of puzzle franchise Professor Layton, solve this: What's coming out on the DS in Japan this fall from developer Level 5?

Professor Layton And the Demon God's Flute is the first of a new Layton trilogy. The mysterious story recounts a legend in which giant destroyed a village.

The game is set three years before Professor Layton and the Curious Village and reveals how Professor Layton met his apprentice Luke.

I hope the other 2 in the original trilogy make it overseas in english language.

Seriously, the only indication we have is in the bonuses section in the curious village. Yes, I'd love to get extra content but it says to type in a codeword that's provided in the next professor layton game! LAME.

Granted these are hard games to translate. not only do you have to translate the language, you need to make sure you didn't break the puzzle while you were doing it. However, at least the second game should be out in English by now...

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
