I am asking this because I am very curious to know what kind of background the users here have when it comes to the JRPG genre. You can pick any JRPG from any console/handheld/PC/etc. whether it be from this gen or 20+ years ago. Just place from 1 to 10, in any order you wish, the best JRPG titles that YOU have ever played. Only JRPG the J man got around to beating because other JRPG battle systems kind of bored him.

I wonder if I've even completed enough to make a list...

You know I wasn't even going to originally put SO2 at #10. I just couldn't get that damn Fou-Lu out of my head and I wanted to fill that spot with Breath of Fire IV.

I would also replace FFIX with Kingdom Hearts just to keep the number of FF's on the list down.
