I once breifly worked in a hospital and in the mortuary I once saw this corpse who had apparrantly fallen off a cliff, but he had fallen feet first so his leg bones had been rammed up through his shoulder blades.

I once saw two people in the hall way kissing at school. How improper! As a hall monitor, I quickly reprimanded them, and I am proud to say they both served out a 30 minute detention that day after school.

Worst thing i saw was a guy who had "degloved" his face....let me explain. He had been riding home on his bike when the wheel/forks on his bike failed with the result being that he went over the handlebars. His face hit the ground and while his head continued to move, his face stayed fixed to the road. The result, the entire front part of his face from his chin to mid-forehead was shifted down about 5-6cm. When he came into the ER you could see his entire facial musculo-skeletal structure and he was having trouble breathing, the cause of which was that a good portion of his nose was lodged in his throat.

      Did he survive that?
