His face hit the ground and while his head continued to move, his face stayed fixed to the road. The result, the entire front part of his face from his chin to mid-forehead was shifted down about 5-6cm. When he came into the ER you could see his entire facial musculo-skeletal structure and he was having trouble breathing, the cause of which was that a good portion of his nose was lodged in his throat. |
