Two days ago, we reported the BioShock 2 rumors circulating the net regarding a new, female counterpart to the original Bioshock's hulking Big Daddies. And, if you can believe it, the rumors turned out to be true.

The Amazonian protectors, dubbed Big Sisters, are prepared to make a front page splash when Game Informer's next issue hits convenience stores and GameStops nationwide.

There has yet to be any concrete information released about the game, though we have learned that There's Something in the Sea. When the next Game Informer (pictured below) hits, we'll finally delve back into the world of Rapture.

Rapture was great but I was hoping for drastically different environments. Even som outdoors areas and perhaps scubadiving or something.
