The messy cables was the first thing that popped into my head, but I have to admit when I built my first computer I had cables everywhere.  Very ugly but it worked and I was proud.  Grats on the new system.  I just built my latest about 2 months ago.  I'll have to put some pics up soon.

From the looks of your pics it seems like you can wire tie the cables off and stuff them into the hd and disc drive cages. Try to stuff most of them under the disc drive, too many cables over the hd may cause that to over heat. You could also try to run some of the cables behind the motherboard tray if you have the room. Also you may want to go to evga's website and download the precision utility for your video card. The gtx card runs very hot (55c under idle 80c under load) the utility will let you turn up the fan speed.

By reading your experience however it looks like pc gaming still has a way to go before it becomes as user friendly as shio would have us believe.

hey now, Nvidia is now going to make processors which means things will get even more interesting in the PC market. You should support all 3 camps at the same time like me even if you have soome biased towards specific ones.

and i figured sicne it would have been blantant disregard to the rules here. It was just useful to mention the oddness of the PC hardware market in the coming years.
