From the looks of your pics it seems like you can wire tie the cables off and stuff them into the hd and disc drive cages. Try to stuff most of them under the disc drive, too many cables over the hd may cause that to over heat. You could also try to run some of the cables behind the motherboard tray if you have the room. Also you may want to go to evga's website and download the precision utility for your video card. The gtx card runs very hot (55c under idle 80c under load) the utility will let you turn up the fan speed.

Yeah, I turn the fan up to 100 whenever I play games. I got that tool already, so I make sure it's all the way up when I game.

Looks we have a winner

Yes, that card rawks, lol. It is pretty epic, tbh.

Don't listen to those people telling you that your cable management is bad or that you have poor heat flow, ZenfoldorVGI. Here are a few glamour shots of my box:

By the way, I like everything but your choice of keyboard :/.

WTF Bro!?

What is wrong with this keyboard. I think it's great. Great reviews, it lights up, and best of all, this bastard has good FEELING keys. It's great to type on and very sturdy. I don't think a macro keyboard would be much better, and this one certainly ain't bad, what's not to like?

You should have bought an antec case with an antec power supply instead of a random power supply.

It would have avoided the messy cables problem. Seing your pics reminded me why I don't want to look inside a PC anymore.

PC people, my advice, whatever you put in your comp, buy a good expensive case! You'll keep it longer than most of the parts of the the comp.
It's really important, a good case reduce noise, heating and avoid finger cuts (those who already put their hands in cheap case will understand).

Antec kicks ass.

Yeah, the base system was a prebuilt, I said so in my op. Squilliam picked it out. If I self built from scratch, I woulda went with something else, I know that for sure now.

Actually, it's all about the FEEL of the keys. Don't worry. I'm a keyboard snob. I grew up on model Ms, and now I refuse to acknowledge anything with keys not backed by buckling springs. They feel so much better to type on, you can hear that click! I find I type faster on a buckling spring keyboard. I've got a Customizer 101 with a PS/2 connector from Unicomp. It doesn't light up, but that's never really helped my gaming anyway :(. It's also sans Windows keys, so I can CTRL+ALT my way to gaming victory without worrying about the nasty Start menu monster popping up from nowhere.

Edit: It's a very nice keyboard for a quiet touch.

Currently playing: Wii Fit / The Sims 3

Try  PrizeRebel , it could make you  rich ! I have  $15.80 USD  so far. I  love  BengaBenga' Most Wante lists.

cable mess.. ewww..

standard heatsink... vomit..

otherwise nice.

Fix the heatsink problem and wire tie off the power cables to bring them closer together.

The cables are a bastard man. There are more that you just can't see, and they don't hardly bend. I'm gonna make sure they are off the HD, but that's the best I can do.

As for the heatsink on the processors, yeah, I would change it out, but my core is very cool and quite. Afterall, it managed to run on a 250w power supply fairly smoothly with an upgraded graphics card and no pci pins. If my PC starts to go black and shutdown, I'll probably fool around with the cooling, but as it is, my side case has a grid, and the case is naturally very cool, so that has never been a problem for me. The only audible fan on my PC is my graphics card, and even if is inaudible when I turn it to 40 percent or below.

Thanks for the advice. I will check the cords, make sure they aren't covering up the hard-drive.

lol, bastard in a basket, I says!

j/k. I buy everything except gaming based entirely off reviews and word of mouth. Excuse me if I have a tendency to defend my purchases, because I take my vetting and research seriously when it comes to electronics. All the shit I bought for my PC is pretty highly regaurded in this thread, so I think I did alright. The keyboard was the least researched, and least obvious item.

Mine changes from blue to red to purple with the push of a button. Yours might too. It's the button on the upper right, next to the spinny thing that looks like a half sun, half moon.
