From the looks of your pics it seems like you can wire tie the cables off and stuff them into the hd and disc drive cages. Try to stuff most of them under the disc drive, too many cables over the hd may cause that to over heat. You could also try to run some of the cables behind the motherboard tray if you have the room. Also you may want to go to evga's website and download the precision utility for your video card. The gtx card runs very hot (55c under idle 80c under load) the utility will let you turn up the fan speed.
