Developmental costs are no substitute for a good storyline. Remember this. Dev costs only revolve around how you're going to accomplish making the game from what you brainstormed. JRPG's aren't selling as much as they should because the PS3 price is still too high and Japanese is waiting for the PS3 price to lower itself and more JRPG's to land on that system.

This, thats what I was trying to say JRPG's have not been evolving like they hopefully FF13 gives it freshness
