Wow ,really interesting. XD

Very bad, as all games coming from EA. ¿Why can´t just meke a Tennis game with normal characters design? ¿they really believe we only play games with big head characters?... I am just waiting for the big crap they are working on the Need for Speed on WII... Maybe the same than Nascar Challenge.

^ I agree, they look stupid this way, is it so hard to make them look realistic? They're just enforcing the stereotype of childish games with this.

Also, wtf at all the faceless spectators?

From what they said in the last podcast, the controls are uber-fantastic. It sounds like this is the tennis game I've been waiting for since the Wiimote was unveiled.

Day one, and that's something I never say about sports games.

It looks so generic. I don't think devs understand how to create true player capabilities on the Wii's controls just yet. Sadly, I'm the only one of my friends that likes Tennis and none of them will even buy this game on the Wii. They are gamers and even they wont shell out the $50 dollars for a Tennis game. They and their families are happy enough with Wii Sports tennis.

next week comes the hands on with Wii motion plus. Very curious to see how that works out.

Considering IGN's love-hate relationship with the Wii, this game must be pretty good.

As for what some might be saying about its appearance, I would rather sacrifice a bit of look for better game play.

I am Mario.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

If you want a more realistic looking tennis game Sega has Vertua Tennis coming out a couple weeks before this, apparently also using WM+. So there you go.

I've looked at screens for both and while I can understand why some would want the realism I actually find EA's looks better - it's cleaner, clearer and smoother.

In the end though, it'll all be about the gameplay and the features. I hope they allow the WM+ 1:1 to be either assisted or true. IE: In true it would accurately reflect how much you actually suck - or not. In assisted it keeps you from sucking too much. While absolutely true 1:1 might not be as fun (cause we suck) it would be nice to find I'm developing real skill and correct swinging technique.

That is double true for Tiger Woods.

Sounds tasty delicious. Just more incentive for every person alive to pick up a copy of Wii Sports Resort. Thing's gonna sell like hot cakes.
