@Amp: Was THAT what He-man was about? I figured it was just the teenage mutant ninja turtles of that time; Meaning, the cartoon was used to market its merchandise and movie (lame movie). I was 2 yrs old when I saw the musical at Radio City in NYC.

 

Yes. That is what He-Man was about.  Watch the old show if you don't believe me.  By the way, the lame movie with Dolph Lundgren came out because of the enormous popularity of the cartoon.  The cartoon came first, then the merchandise, then the lame movie, and then the end.  I believe that they tried to make another cartoon, but it failed miseraby.

Yeah they tried to release an up to date cartoon..but that demographic was not interested. Yeah, I was aware of the chronology of events, the movie was basically the last attempt at making that $ before that train left the station. I liked the cartoon. Along with thundercats and voltron;)



Bet between Slimbeast and Arius Dion about Wii sales 2009:


If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.

If the Wii sells more than 20 million in 2009 (as defined above) Arius Dion wins and gets to control Slimebeast's sig for 1 month.

im going to say the ps3 will win it b/c it will make up alot of ground in Japan and a 300$ PS3 is coming this year that will reverse this current trend dont forget Uncharted 2 is also coming out idk know wats the deal with GT5 though will it make out WW this year?
