Please, please, please be a RE2 REmake.

It's such an amazing game and it deserves the REmake treatment. I don't care how it controls, if it has the same quality increase as RE-> REmake it will be one of the best games ever made.

I'm a Wii owner and a Resident Evil fan. I bought both Resident Evil 4 and Umbrella Chronicles for Wii but I'd prefer that they keep Resident Evil stuff on Xbox 360 and PS3. I'd rather have HD Graphics for those type of games.

I already know what it is. At this years E3 Capcom will announce a:

On-Rails....errr Guided First Person Party Shooter called

Mario and Claire Go To The Racoon City Olympics. It will feature forward motion guided paths where teh player only aims to shoot stuff on teh screen replete with minigames that occur at random that have to be completed with enough time before the zombie reaches you. Think you can whack enough zombie moles before you get eaten by the real zombies? All of htis before hte big finally where everyone races each otehr.

I doubt it will be a port of RE5, I have the game already (imported it from Asia on the ps3) and I don't think it would be possible. I've also seen a recent interview with the producer of RE5 where he stated or implied (can't remember) that it would be next to impossible to do a wii port because Sheva's AI is too advance for the console. That said, he did mention that they were actively looking for a way to bring the RE series to the wii. So hopefully they get a proper RE game and not some rails shooter. I hope it would be from the same team who made RE5.

And the box art needs to feature Wario as a playable character.

Surely if Sega can put Mario into a minigame compilation and Nintendo can put Snake into a fighter, Capcom can put Wario into Resident Evil 5: Shoot Til You Poot.
