Look up the disc swapping trick.  You don't need to mod it.  You can also emulate it.  I did read the link, and I actually played it.  Did you "actually" read the link?  It's a 30 second tech demo.

No. That's the Dreamcast.  There is a disc swapping process you have to go through to get "pirated" (or burned) games to run on a Saturn.

Honestly, just emulate it.  It's not worth going through all that trouble for this 30 second tech demo.  I don't think I'm allowed to tell you how to get an emulator working, so good luck.  It's not that hard if you have google.

I'm seeing no indication of this being anything other than a tech demo.
