lets be nice....these are very good sales numbers for a DLC
but for a GTA DLC maybe not phenomenal....but there's no doubt they are good!

Seems it was worth it after all...i did have my doubts...

^ dont be angry 360 fanboys hyped this up to be something it turned out it wasnt. but its funny in k2 sales perdictions the expectations was about700k first week. saying the dlc is an expansion like what VC abd SA were would put expectations over ten million. it isnt the games fault peple hyped it to the point it couldnt meet expectations
@colonolstubbs
it didn't sell extra 360's though as many fans claimed it would
I guess I can't follow your logic. If by the end of this year one third of the 360 sales ( 2,000,000) copies are downloaded and lifetime sales reach 3,000,000 it is with out any doubt an amazing success surpassing any expectations that rockstar could have hoped for.
When Xbox 360 fans actually hype something, It always sells huge numbers.
Tease.

you mean rockstar doesnt have the same expectations that the 360 fans hype would make it seem.... maybe you should tell that to a few people around
@ Max
Your point is...? The 360 version has outsold the PS3 version by nearly a million and a half, and continues to sell more each week. In a little over 2 weeks Lost and Damned has sold over a million, and is projected to go on to 2, something most full release games don't do.
Besides that, this is only the first expansion. There's one more coming, and if it does similar numbers then I'd say it was a resounding success. Don't forget, you need a hard disk to download this, so the attach rate is even better than it appears.
As for your comment that it was supposed to be the new Vice City or San Andreas, that's just complete bull. Neither MS nor Rockstar ever said that, and you're just trying to make it seemed like the DLC underperformed when in fact it was breaking records.

^ you should go read up on that because ms did infact compare the size of the dlc to the size of VC and SA (which got the fanboys going crazy)
