Is anyone interested in buying the 360 keyboard add-on for the controllers? I haven't heard any buzz about people wanting it, but to me one of the most annoying things about consoles is the lack of a keyboard, and using the onscreen one stinks... What do you think?

I want one just because it's so nifty. However, I dont think it'll be very useful except if 360 gets a webbrowsers or for MMO's.

I think MS should make a webbroswer for 360 now. What the hey. Wont exactly be a killer app but it wont hurt anything, and if my computer blew up, I'd have second way to get on the internet temporarily.

i will probably get it... since my employee discount will lower it to 19

why doesn't 360 let you use normal Keyboards? Seriously

A friend of mine tried it with a usb and it worked.

It does. Most USB keyboards work fine with it. It's just that most people don't want to have a full-size keyboard on their couch.

An Xbox 360 chat tab??? Now that looks interesting!

I'm very excited about this chat pad given the reasonable price.

And it even looks to be rather well designed, which is a bit of a shock.

I'm not surprised that it is well-designed because the 360 has the best overall *traditional* controller ever designed (though it would be nice if they made that ridiculously stupid Sidewinder d-pad design go away 12 years ago, it sucked then, it still sucks now).

Overall, whoever designs Xbox controllers deserves a medal of some sort. It is, hands down, the best traditional controller I have ever used. It makes Sixaxis look like it was designed ten years ago (wait, it was).

With that said, I won't be buying this chatpad. I send voice messages through XBL, it's much easier.
