You cannot download Gameboy games. That might be something to look out for in the future though. No mobile phone connectivity (unless your phone excepts SD cards). It only plays ACC files for audio, no mp3's or anything else.
I have heard that the DSi has a limit on how many photo's can be stored on internal memory. Is this true and if it is what is the limit?

If you mean DSWare then wikipedia has a list of all released titles, they should all hit europe/usa this year. For launch you would need to check Nintendo's website for your region. The only exclusives will be DSWare, although future games will likely have extra features for DSi.
Yes,the latest Warioware will use both Touch screens.Hopefully Kingdom Hearts & a sequel 2 Ninja Gaiden & Phantom Hourglass will as well.Any downloadable Dictionary or Bible apllications for the DSi?The camera doesn't have a flash,does it?What's the best 'Brain' game on the DS?I mean them Brain age,training,etc not prof layton.

There is no flash on either camera.
