GCN controller is terrible for games like SMW. Running then jumping immediately after is about impossible because you've got to go from Y to B instantly. Doesn't work out at all. Classic Controller has a lot of benefits.

I do not need to go from Y to B. I can do both at the same time AND still use A. It is not a problem for me. :D
