yeah, my sister has been very much affected since our dad turned abusive. We moved away from him more than a year ago, but he and his new girlfriend still harass us. and that is making NFG get upset easily.

Yeah, I don't like talking to him. Last time I did he asked me if I wanted to go to a restauraunt with him and I told him "not really" and then hung up. He acts so weird too. When he is around his gf, he is mean, but when he is not he acts nice.

Still, weird behaviour indeed. This is something you usually see when pubescant boys get their first girlfriend - act tough around friends and their girl to impress them...

well, he always is. He calls my mom probably ten times a day. I don't remember how many different phone numbers we have had over the last year. Just changed it again last night too because my dad's gf cussed out my mom.

My dad changed his voice mail message thing, it has his girlfriend talking about how he can't come to the phone blah blah blah...

But believe it or not, things are actually better than a yeah ago. So I'm happy about that. But it still kinda sucks that I am the only person in my family that has a job besides my oldest brother who is coming home from the army (from California). My mom and other older brother need to get a job so we can finally be able to afford stuff like paying off the bills and groceries and stuff.

EDIT: I agree about the restraining order. But how much would that cost? and I live with my mom, older brother, and NFG.
