I think the Killzone boost shows what a pricecut could do. I just think the PS3 is too expensive. If it was cheaper, it would be a neck to neck race with the 360 not only in the US.

Wii dropped too, I think PS3 would have dropped too if it wasn't for KZ2 so the hardware increase it gave might actually be a little bigger than the 12k..

Well every console and handheld besides PS3 dropped so logic might dictate that without KZ2 release PS3 would have dropped too...

good xbox 360 number , also even ps3 is lower than xbox 360. it is good number too

Kinda sad the PS3 can only barely beat the 360 when 2 huge games launch the same week.

It's no less sad that the only thing you can do to outsell your competitor is drop the price significantly...

At least MS can afford to drop their prices...

It'd be the same case if Sony had monopoly over TV's for example. But Sony has to compete and has lots of other factors working against them.
