What difficulty should I do? Normal or Veteran? Is Normal too easy??

I bet when you finish it on Veteran, it unlocks Expert difficulty. So I'd go with Veteran to unlock Expert faster. That said, Echoes really pissed me off with its pissy boss battles, so I chose Normal. :)
