I'd be more upset about the Motion+ being delayed. I wanna try out all these new games that use it.

if it didn't come out until winter, i wouldn't really care because...

1. i wouldn't have the money to get it any earlier

2. i ALREADY have WAY TOO MANY games to play, and i'm not just talking about stuff thats coming out, THERE'S STILL STUFF THAT CAME OUT IN 2007 THAT I WANNA GET! i'm so behind on my playing schedule, it ain't even funny.

Also there were a number of other games missing from that list that we know are coming before the end of June... so I wouldn't worry... at the latest it might be July.

Wii Sports Resort is one of my most anticipated games, only partly because of WM+.

That would be amazing if they just had WM+ added into every remote, then we wouldn't need to worry about the atachment. I always thought the attachment might be a bit confusing for less educated gamers like my mom, etc.

It wouldn't bother me at all. If the game is never released I will be completely happy.

unless the game comes out at 19.99 i am not planning on picking it up, so no it doesn't really matter to me when the game comes out.

Manufacturing issues are the only thing I can see stopping this title from being the #1 title this year - by a mile.

So it doesn't surprise me, Nintendo has to delay to ensure lots of stock.

Hopefully they are continuing to polish the game in the meantime, and make it even better.

I don't think there is any chance they will integrate this into all Wiimotes - in the short term anyway. I'm just trying to work out exactly how they will sell this, and what packages they will release.

I wouldn't be shocked at all, if the only way to buy WM+ is by also buying WiiSports:Resort - at least in the short term. But - since Resort has two player WM+ games in it (and I'm guessing multiplayer may be a key feature) it may need to come with TWO WM+ units.

Some options:

 - WS:R + 1xM+ = $69 (no other packages)

 - WS:R + 2xM+ = $79-$99 (no other packages)

 - WS:R + 1xM+ = $69, 1xM+ = $29

This (WM+) will completely sell out at launch, and Nintendo will not be wanting to lose WS:R sales because WM+ is out of stock.

I also wouldn't be shocked if Nintendo announces/releases this at anypoint, i.e. even within the next 6 month window. Japan needs a serious boost, and they will want this out in Japan ASAP.

and shams, i never really thought of that before. i'm kinda wondering why they haven't announced a date for japan yet. sales in japan are lacking, and (unlike what most people here think) nintendo wants to avoid a price cut like the scurvy, and will probably just keep trying to release convincing hardware/software to try to help keep demand in japan from getting lower.
