Megadeth. Dave's voice has got better with age as opposed to James who's totally ost his voice now. Plus all of their albums are at the very least good (with the exeption of Risk) and several masterpieces. Metallica on the other hand has made some real mediocre stuff like Load and REload, and then some real garbage like Master Of Puppets and St. Anger.

Thinking back, Peace Sells is alright as well, but Rust in Peace is, in my opinion, one of the best Thrash albums of all time.
