I love the normal boss theme of FFVI, but my favorite one is the boss theme of Valkyrie Profile against Loki.

For regular bosses it's actually FFVII

For ordinary battle it's "The man with the machine gun" from FFVIII( even if it's only used when you play Laguna)

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing (mostly)
