I haven't seen the achievements for Gears 1 yet, but reading that i'm kinda scared of them xD I think in both gears i'm gonna settle for the SP and CO-OP ones.
I've got a friend on my list that's 940/1000 on FFXI, been playing for almost 2 years :P

Fight Night Round 3 - very cool game and you basically get the 1000/1000 if you play the career mode long enough.

Enchanted Arms was my first 1000/1000 I had to force myself to beat that game so I could trade it in..

same too for Phantasy Star Universe 1000/1000 the expansion adds 250 points but even though I unlocked them the score has not been added to my gamertag score.. >.>

That FFXI is probably the hardest game to get 1000/1000 because most of them you have to level each job to max level of 75 which is basically the same as getting each character to 99.. and you can't really do it on your own have to party all the way with randoms!! and if you die in the game you will lose 10% total experience per death if you can't find a mage with RAISE III!

Friend told me that the UK edition of OXM only 1 person has ever gotten the full 1000/1000 achievement on FFXI

In PSU, do you have to play online to get the 1000/1000 or can you get it offline as well?

Did you get the little "Achievement Unlocked" thing? It could be that you unlocked them before Microsoft added the new achievements to xbox.com. If you still have PSU and your save data, you can probably get them to show up by recovering your gamertag and then just booting up or playing around in the game again. It worked for me when my achievement from The Maw DLC got glitched like that, at least.

the phantasy star universe ambition of the illuminous is online only thats the only way to get the remaining 250 achievements but they dont register on the gamerscore grand total

see it says i got 9/13 achievements unlocked

but on the sub menu i got 12/13 achivements locked.. the new ones to the expansion havent registered (except the first one) >.< nearly everyone I know thats played this has the same problem and I think its with sega.. >.>

@piggychan: Yeah, that's how mine looked when The Maw got glitched. Recovering the gamertag worked for me. But I was just reading around about PSU, and the overwhelming consensus is that it's something on Sega's end.

Thanks for the info piggychan, i was pondering buying that game, but when i heard that you've had to pay a subscription to play it online i was put off. So if the game is also completely playable offline (in exception of the DLC and the expansion) then i will get it =)
