I got it now from EB games au. When I went into the store I saw a guy gives his copy back. He said he clocked it. I said what!? so soon. He said he hated it and the online sucked. I hope it is all good. He also said it was hard. So I guess he was just a nOoB :P

I played it yesterday for about an hour. My cousin bought the game. I ordered mine from the uk, so I will have to wait
for it few more days :(.
Anyway, I played the fourth level and Wow! i have never played a game that looked so awsome. It was so much action going on the screen that I thoght the console is
gonna explode any second. Unbelievable that it runs smooth with so many effect going on at the same time
The graphics are also incredible. Nothing else comes close. Cant wait for my copy.

ECC's been looking forward to Killzone 2 and got me to add him on PSN to play KZ2 together... and he added custom triggers to his PS3 controller just for shooters... love the shrug off  just because he has an opinion on consoles as well <_<

Ok, so the guy owns the game and he finally found the options menu after coming on this site and blasting the controls because zoom was on R3.  Big deal.

I've never said it would be for everyone but at least hit start and look at the options before you complain.

Also, most of us know there's no cover in MP, as I said in this thread, so to complain about that just shows he didn't know what he was buying.  No big deal.

I've rather there not be cover in the game at all.  I don't use it in the demo.  I'm sure the highest difficulty will force me to use it but I'd rather not.

You don't have to defend a guy's ignorance of a game just because you have him on your friend's list.  You've been questioning this game as well so maybe you 2 should go play another game together?

I don't have to address every minor complaint to point out the fact he didn't even try an options menu before complaining about having zoom on R3 (which I prefer anyway, so to each his own). Alt. 2 is pretty much CoD4 controls if you change zoom and crouch in MP.

I've not said one damn thing until I played the demo and I gave my impressions on the demo and what I saw wrong with it, he's stated his opinions and gave proof, a lot of people in the killzone 2 demo thread didn't like the controls and the way they were mapped out then there was the slew of people suggesting different settings... people did that here... he changed it... and then gave his view on that, he wanted to use R2 for shooting...

Well i disagree. I think the game is awesome. I've only played the singleplayer but it's a thouroughly amazing experience. Much better than i had anticipated (I heard the story was weak but the way it's implemented really gets you immersed)

I think i'm almost at the end of the campaign, but either way, and I hope the majority agrees with me. This game is AWESOME !

Also, if you don't like the controls switch control scheme lol.

oh yeah.. and my jaw still drops when a cutscene ends and it switches to gameplay because somehow i forget that it actually looks this stunning while you are playing.
