Anyone else having problems with the front page loading?

Very much yes. I've actually been experiencing problems with the entire site for most of this afternoon. Traffic doesn't seem any higher than usual, though, about 600 users.

Cool...thought it was just me...no, traffic seems like it has been since the Wii/360 crossover and we weren't having problems then...who knows....I'm sure they'll get it fixed soon enough.

I had problems, but it suddenly seems fixed right now.

the news and forums were not loading earlier. but now that they are, i keep getting these spyware and virus quarantine warnings and cleanings that my computer is catching on the website. i'm gonna have to abandon this site for at least a week and hopefully it'll be fixed by then. see ya'll later!

I've seen some ads on this site that are fake "warnings" about spyware, you may just be seeing those and not actually infected with anything.  Speaking of which, anyone who allows these kinds of ads on their site has ZERO room to complain about popup blockers.

Seems to be a problem with Japan data, as well.

This is bad. I'm getting the same problems. Thsi isn't an issue on Firefox but whenever I access the site with IE, it stalls on the main page and I'm suddenly prompted for Active X controls (wtf?), then my Anti Virus shield goes berserk and starts attacjking the trojans and malware that are suddenly being downloaded just from visiting the main page.

ioi needs to be contacted ASAP. I don't know what happened when the front page exploded earlier today, but after it was "fixed" these trojans suddenly started popping up. I'm starting to think the site was hacked, and people may be getting trojans without even knowing it. Maybe there should be a seperate thread to warn people, because most probably won't even bother looking in here.
