Forums - Gaming - Sony and Nintendo sued for wireless tech

Sigh... again.

Why Didn't they do this 2 years ago?...

Ahh the money...

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

Don't forget the fact that the economy is going down the crapper. So i'm pretty sure we'll be seeing stuff like this more than usual

I hate it how gaming sites can't post news about Nintendo without adding a little dash of Wii bashing!

Of course you'd only see the Wii bashing... when Joystiq often does this to all three consoles.

Which is why I said "gaming sites" and not Joystiq. I don't read Joystiq so I don't know their pattern.

Signature goes here!

If Microsoft won't go down in the California case in which the issue of them knowing about RRoD because the 360 was a rushed product, yet they put it on the market anyway (which is actually totally true), Sony and Nintendo aren't going down for "wireless tech". That's so ridiculously broad...hell, why doesn't this company sue Airlink, Netgear, and D-Link too?

How does Microsoft also not fall into this as well?

Also PCs, Steam, mobile phones, etc...
