But wow!

Highly doubt Sony paid for it, Harmonix are huge Sony supporters, and when they can compete with Guitar Hero why not you know? If they get on PSP before Guitar Hero does they can take advantage of that market cause fighting against Guitar Hero on DS would be rather hard but on a system with no music game like guitar hero? It would be a no brainer.
