Shepard KIA isn't enough for you?  My jaw literally dropped the first time I saw that.  To be honest, this trailer with small plot hints, like that one, did more for me than gameplay footage would have since I've played ME1 and don't imagine 2 will be much different gameplaywise.

If you really think Shepard is KIA, I have some beach front property to sell you in Colorado.

I wouldn't be so sure about that, It would cost ALOT to retain i'm sure if there was no deal for MS reguarding the sequels in the beginning. Paying for exclusivity would put MS in the hole big time from this game they'd make no profit, it just doesn't seem like what they'd do.  I'd predict they'll have some sort of 2-3 DLC content exclusive to thier game though - considing bioware might want to give something to their biggest fans.

that doesnt help me, cause i wont buy it unless i get to play the first on my ps3 -_-

Whether he turns out to be in the end or not doesn't change the fact that them saying it is probably the no. 1 thing they could have done to get people talking about and excited for the game.  I know it sure worked for me.

They did this with the sole purpose of creating lots of gossip and speculation. Anything could be possible.

I'd much prefer what was done for god of war 3 than what was done for mass effect 2.
