Personally I hate trailers like this. I'm looking forward to mass effect 2 no doubt but a trailer like this only makes me think "come back when you've got something REAL to show me".

 

Shepard KIA isn't enough for you?  My jaw literally dropped the first time I saw that.  To be honest, this trailer with small plot hints, like that one, did more for me than gameplay footage would have since I've played ME1 and don't imagine 2 will be much different gameplaywise.

If you really think Shepard is KIA, I have some beach front property to sell you in Colorado.

 

Whether he turns out to be in the end or not doesn't change the fact that them saying it is probably the no. 1 thing they could have done to get people talking about and excited for the game.  I know it sure worked for me.
