Doki Doki Panic was released on the Famicom Disk System while Super Mario Bros 2 USA was released on Famicom only in 1992 when Super Famicom was the popular console in Japan.

In that list only two games were released during the nineties ( DQ4 and Dr Mario both released in 1990 ).
