Edit: Garrr! Montana got to it first and no longer has testicles.
The ageless debate.
I will come back at the end of 2007 and point at the score board.
Don't know if it's been said before, but Animal Crossing needs to be removed. That game is not even announced.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

Unfortuntely since I have a girlfriend AND a car (i know.. bad combination huh?) I hae to hold off of buying anything except Metroid Prime 3, Mario Galaxy and maybe ONE other game. :(

It is a hardcore game through and through. You will get your ass kicked by bosses. You will be stumped by the sometimes complex, but never overbearing, exploration. |

I agree. The endless pun potential is part of the Wii experience. ;)
Damn, looking at the OP's list makes me realize that I need to find a job which pays me more money and gives me more free time. How am I going to decide which of those 30(!) titles are worth the time and money? I would probably buy half of them if my bank account could bear it.

Eh Animal Crossing available this holiday? I don't think so... Nintendo will tread on it's own toes to release almost every major title during these holiday's. Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Brawls, Metroid Prime.... *sigh*, really, that's enough. And eh, Nintendo has specifically said that Mario Kart will release worldwide somewhere begin 2008 ;) So that game you can scratch from the list as well. Tales of Symphonia 2 won't release before Spring 2008 in Japan either, so no Holiday release either.
Trauma Center New Blood, No More Heroes, Sword of Legendia, Chocobo Dungeon, Final Fantasy Crystal Bearers are for the Japanese even "unknown" when they will release. Perhaps on the TGS there will be a few announcements. The Japanese don't even know when to expect Mario Galaxy just yet :=/
Edit: You forgot Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 though ;)

Yes, I was trying to list titles that would be out in *1* or more of the major markets. I humbly ask for your forgiveness for the other mistakes that have been pointed out.
Also, I hope have been correct to post this in the Nintendo forum. The "Wiisistance is Futile" refers to people that have Wii's but are not finding attractive titles to buy. Now resistance to buying a title will be futile because, almost magically, there will (hopefully) be something to appeal to you. The "Wiimageddon" as I responded earlier is also directed at the current situation, the drought between what are perceived to be highly entertaining releases.
To the people who took the time to respond to the perceived strength or weakness of the lineup thank you for your comments. Thanks double to the people who shared what titles they are personally looking forward to. Undying gratitude to the people who did analysis and responded in a thought provoking way. To the person whose wife wants Manhunt 2... that made me smile, thanks.
