I'll live in Aselia, the world of Tales of Phantasia, and Symphonia.

Why must JRPG female leads suck so bad?

Pokemon world is the correct answer, I would love to be a real Pokemon trainer/researcher.

At first thought I would go with my Fav. Final Fantasy Tactics.

I'd definatly want to live in an RPG world, so I could level up and be strong enough to you knoe NOT die.... too many times lol

The women aren't the biggest plus in the world, but DoA women would beat the living shit outta yu if yu pissed them off, so Id pass on that.

I could see myself bieng annoyed with the Fable II peoples and women really easilly.

We pretty much DO live in the world of Street Fighter... I guess the difference here is I could fight a lot, which I'm sure is illegal outside of the tournament.

I dunno. I'll think more about it, but so far I'm goin with my number one.

Great question.

...and too bad Rapture is a total shithole.

The Zelda: Wind Waker world, the Zelda: Twilight Princess world, the Super Mario Galaxy world, Sonic's world, or Dead or Alive: Extreme Volleyball. Any of those places would be nice.

Echo the dolphins world seems like a great place to chill

Videogames (as with movies and books) offer us such a great experience of escapism from this world. It's such a brilliant thing I think!

And FYI, there's bountiful amazingly gorgeous girls in the pokemon world, just ask Brock (from the early TV show). ;D

I guess that's the one downside of being Sonic...I wonder if I'd find Amy attractive if I was him. >_> There really aren't many options for him!

You would live in a world, where all the wild game has superpowers and thus humans would obviously be on the bottom of the foodchain? Yeah, I can see that now.

Fisherman - Alright, lets catch us some Goldeen for dinner!

Wild Goldeen appeared!

Wild Goldeen used Watergun on Fisherman!

Fisherman dies a slow... painful, and watery death.

Yeah.

Yeah, Pokemon seems like the best logical answer, but logic? Psh.

The Earthbound world. It'd be like ours, except crazy, and fun. I think I'd like to live in Threed (After Zombies of course.)

Also, that'd be epic if the music played whenever you walked around outside.

The Mother 3 Fan Translation is done! Everyone go get it right now! (Mother3.fobby.net)

Play Earthbound for the SNES ; ; Do it, it's awesome!

Proud participater of this year's Wii Secret Santa event! Hopefully you'll join the merriment next year!

Wow, Brock references and speculation on hedgehog sexuality. This is an awesome thread.

Seriously though, I really like the question. I think I might want to live in FFVI's world, because despite everything being destroyed, the characters manage to pull themselves and each other together and life wins out in the end, and there's a little hope. That's pretty good resilience. Also it's less in upheaval than the Chrono world, where you could suddenly end up in an awkward blind date with your grandma, who ends up being a lizard by the time the dinner check arrives... time travel tends to work better as a narrative than as a continuum.

Then again, how many colors does the world have in FFVI by the time Kefka gets done with it? And it only starts with a 16bit palette in the first place... that might get old after a while.

The Suikoden world would be a pretty great place to live in... a lot of the characters seem to have their shit together, and their hearts in the approximate right places, and the good guys tend to win in the end, after great struggle of course... and of course, you would have the power to change your destiny when it matters (as opposed to FF games, where you can say "no" as many times as you want until you decide to say "yes.")

I also like the Pokemon idea. There is something very neat and tidy about Pokemon, with a profession which pervades the whole world waiting for any adventurous inhabitant. But then there's the ineviitable dissapointment when you learn that everyone else and their retarded cousin is also a pokemon trainer. Welcome to Pokemon MMO.

I'd like to live on the Destiny Islands from Kingdom Hearts. Sandy beach, trees that grow paopu fruit, good friends, toy swords... Selfie lets you peek up her skirt on the dock...

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?
