Grade ten history class in a cathloic high school, guy can find Italy on a normal map.

oh yeah, it's not that bad at all... my freshman year roommate, thought stalin was a german who waged war on the soviet union.

and it's an ivy league school... 20% of americans can't locate america on the map all of a sudden doesn't seem so bad.

This is awesome, I love these sort of sticky grammatical situations.  If Rendo had said

THAT would have been an insult, as it would have implied ssj adding the "like me" bit.

However:

Hehe, well it was ok, not as bad as the 3 blonde girls in one of my classes a couple weeks ago debating how many meters are in a kilometer. If I recall their guesses were I have no idea, 100, and "like 5,000 or something". Eventually the TA came over and rescued them (along with cutting short my entertainment). So I'd cut Ms. South Carolina a little slack, at least she was also on national TV.
