I'm pretty sure Nomura did the character design as usual. Unless he's busy working on Versus XIII, KH:BBS, KH:DS (forgot the name :P), and KH:Coded and he might also be doing another FFVII spin-off ;)

However you wish to rationalize such an appalling exclusion from your precious Chrono games. If living in denial helps you sleep at night, it's fine with me.
