i dont think it will boost sales much it will be much like gears 2 for the 360.

300k is the highest possible total PS3 could sell at the moment due to the economy, its price and momentum.

For those who own a PS3 and are into shooters, Killzone 2 will be a must buy title on day one.

I see a lot of people have said in this thread that the PS3 will sell between 200 to 250k for KZ2 launch week.

I'll say the PS3 sells around 200,000 units, give or take a few thousand either direction. Still, it's not that much of a boost, as KZ1 did not sell a million copies. At least, according to our charts.

It wont have that much impact on Hardware Sales, its a game that will sell well to those that arleady own a PS3, few people might have been waiting to buy it because of this game but its not really a title that can expand PS3. It wont provide any significant long term boost.
