I don't really care that much what it's on honestly. I suppose I would prefer it not to be a PS3 exclusive, since I won't own a PS3 for at least a few more years, but I doubt it would anyway. Mostly just basing that on the "No new PS3 games until satisfactory sales" statement by Square. Anyway, I just thought the rumor was worth reporting. I also think we are getting kinda far off topic, because the next KH was stated many times to be a spinoff... so if that IS what we see at TGS, it's the spinoff game that's a Wii exclusive.

Dude I dont want it too look like a ps2 game!!! I want it on the ps3 no matter what. The graphics would make sure the game is looked upon from thousands of people(the graphics alone would make people want the game"look at lair in gamestop its one of the best selling ps3 games"), KH3 is one of THE DECIDERS if the ps3 has any chance at all of winning this gen, if its on the wii, its screwed.

Leo-j, you are unbelievable. The bottom is from a CGI movie IN a PS2 game (the final mix trailer)... you know what a cutscene is right? Those things that Square Enix has used since the PSone... those things that it will continue to use forever. The PS3 can not do that in game. That is a CGI movie. The top screen on the other hand is an in-game screen from KH2. The Wii is signifficantly more powerful than the Gamecube, which was more powerful than the PS2. A ground-up Wii game will NOT look like a PS2 game. MP3, SSBB, and SMG are all far beyond anything the PS2 could dream of doing, and they look great. SMG and SSBB even show what great cartoon graphics could look like on the Wii.  Your posting has become increasingly childish in the past few days, and it was never very mature in the first place.

I know its cgi, but the cgi on ps1, was made to look even better on the ps2. the kingdom hearts they will show will have been started before the wii gained popularity.

on another note, what would kingdom hearts benefit gameplay wise from being on the wii. it is a menu based, small input big output game. it gains nothing from being on wii, unless they literally completely change the game.

 testuya is the person who will define square, just as shigy is the person who will define nintendo.  they both have huge say at their companies on what games they work on, and how their franchises are handled. 

disney doesnt develop kh, se does.  all disney does is help with making it disney and keep se from using disney characters in ways they dont want.  

First of all, know one knows when exactly the gaiden went into development. Second, Nomura already said gameplay was going to be tweaked, and this is regardless of the platform. KH3 is going to be different too.

And Nomura isn't the SE equivalent of Miyamoto. If anything it would have been Sakaguchi, Nomura is just the new guy who suddenly got a lot of free reign, but thankfully there are still things outside of his influence (Mana, SaGa, Dragon Quest, Star Ocean).

Look, it's simple as this. Most love the idea, Most hate it. Most KH fans will own a ps3 eventually. By the time the game comes out the Userbase is here. It has nothing to do with the userbase since in years it will level out to a certain degree. What does make Normura created this world so he won't let someone else without his guidance do that project. He has passion for it (expressed in his interviews) characters, and story. Now it will pan out how he wants the vision to work out. More like the GGI's or more like the old games.

I prefer the ps3 version b/c im a graphic's fan but also the controller. The idea of how it would be implemented on the Wii worries me (camera, swinging it, menu control on the fly) remember that you need access to these things quickly in combat, implementing that on the Wii may be very difficult, and I question how it would end up.

Either way it will be a great game, and i will play it.
