1. BS your full of it, they have a list and your an idiot for posting that lie.

2. It had a white sticker it was new. It was opened so punks dont steel games right of the shelf... it was never played just put in a platic sleave behind the counter. YOU opened it after you took it open BOOM now its used. Most of the time if your nice you can return new games if you yourself have not FUCKED the disk, and im guessing you DID.

3. Gamestop and ALL other games stores get very few copys of pre order bonuses, its not their fault you did not pick it up sooner quit your bithing.

All I see in your rant is a total lack of a clue on how a game store runs.

i think its blowing up in their face though, last time i went to GS there was a line of at least 20 people, it was backed up because they were all selling their pre-owned games, the employees were visibly angry because they didnt have enough time to put all the yellow stickers on the cases, even they were shocked at how many people were selling some for cash even.... idk about any other locations but the one closest to me has THE MOST INSANE collection of used PS3/360 GTA4s it really was ridiculous.... 

Gamestop gets on my nerves for this reason.....usually they price the DS games 5 bucks more than everyone else.....so....i prepaid FE. Shadow Dragon for 35 and tax and low and behold every ad that came out had it for 30 bucks.....so i called up and told them and asked if they would price match and the guy said no.....i told the guy i was would just return it then (in a nice way). So, i went in and returned it and told them why and the manager told me, we don't set the prices nintendo does, well that maybe so, but they were the only ones i seen had it for 35 and then she told me that why they don't price match is because they allow trade-ins......lol what a joke......"they allow" if people didnt trade their games in Gamestop would hardly make any money in terms of profit. and the amount they give you for a trade-in is nothing to brag about. I"m not very fond of the place much anymore.

On a side note i will say that employees at the GS i go to are really nice to me, also, they push pre-orders alot partly because they have a goal to meet or would like to meet anyways.

also, i'm pretty sure if it was play n trade they would of helped him out.  those guys are much lenient, but they obviously don't know how a game store is ran either.

I hate it when I don't get my pre-order bonuses. I usually put pre-orders in as soon as the bonuses are announced and half the time I don't get them. The Mirror's Edge runner bag was the one that pissed me off the most. The only reason why I buy from them is for the pre-order bonuses. If they didn't offer them, then it's either Amazon or Best Buy. Amazon has always given me my pre-order bonuses along with Best Buy.

Their packaging is pretty shady at times too. Sometimes when I order Collector's Editions, in Tin cases, they come in bubble envelopes. The Tins end up getting bashed up. Pre-order bonuses come bashed up too.

The only time they went out of their way for me was when they mailed me the wrong copy of Marvel Ultimate Alliance. They mailed me the Xbox version, not the 360 version. So they mailed me a copy of the 360 version and they didn't even ask for the Xbox version back.

Some of the employess I'de love to punch in the face. One time I was buying up some Xbox games to add to my collection. The guy at the counter started looking at them and making faces, like why are you buying this? Reminds me of a time I was buying condoms and the lady at the register lifted up in the air and started looking at it, making sure everybody saw what I was buying.

i started buyin for circuit city last march and had the gamers card thing which was 10% off all games/accessories. now i just go to best buy.

@pbroy, nothing to be ashamed about buying condoms. Everyone in line was like damn that guy is going to get laid tonight. I'd prefer a clean woman that is on birth control but right now my current woman doesn't take birth control.  Best deal I know of for condoms is I think it is either 38 or 40 pack (they have +3 free condoms or whatever on the box) of Lifestyles Ultra Sensitive for 10 dollars.   That way you will be stocked for awhile!

On topic, I think gamestop will probably eventually go out of business in about 10-20 years or so due to the internet.

I don't really have a problem with Gamestop, I just don't like the way they do things. For example, i don't like their trading games system or should I say scamming system.
