I hate it when I don't get my pre-order bonuses. I usually put pre-orders in as soon as the bonuses are announced and half the time I don't get them. The Mirror's Edge runner bag was the one that pissed me off the most. The only reason why I buy from them is for the pre-order bonuses. If they didn't offer them, then it's either Amazon or Best Buy. Amazon has always given me my pre-order bonuses along with Best Buy.
Their packaging is pretty shady at times too. Sometimes when I order Collector's Editions, in Tin cases, they come in bubble envelopes. The Tins end up getting bashed up. Pre-order bonuses come bashed up too.
The only time they went out of their way for me was when they mailed me the wrong copy of Marvel Ultimate Alliance. They mailed me the Xbox version, not the 360 version. So they mailed me a copy of the 360 version and they didn't even ask for the Xbox version back.
Some of the employess I'de love to punch in the face. One time I was buying up some Xbox games to add to my collection. The guy at the counter started looking at them and making faces, like why are you buying this? Reminds me of a time I was buying condoms and the lady at the register lifted up in the air and started looking at it, making sure everybody saw what I was buying.
