2. It had a white sticker it was new. It was opened so punks dont steel games right of the shelf... it was never played just put in a platic sleave behind the counter. YOU opened it after you took it open BOOM now its used. Most of the time if your nice you can return new games if you yourself have not FUCKED the disk, and im guessing you DID.

3. Gamestop and ALL other games stores get very few copys of pre order bonuses, its not their fault you did not pick it up sooner quit your bithing.

also, i'm pretty sure if it was play n trade they would of helped him out.  those guys are much lenient, but they obviously don't know how a game store is ran either.
