well by now the news of dead rising 2 has filled the gaming world and now i want to point out the key things that i saw with the video

Zombirex sounds like the thing that isabelle created while playing overtime mode in DR1
the comercial for fortune city talking about a varierty of lavish casino: possibly meaning that you may go to many buildings in the city
The street scence filled with zombies: this could be a street inside of forune city the anouncer also says streets filled with thrills and excitment
a blurry overhead view fortune city: this coukld show how big the place is and where you could go
The guy in the hamsterball: showing some gameplay and new weapons (freaking sweet one 2!)
the picture of the casino that then flashes with zombies: just showing some zombies would be my guess
At the end if you listen closly towards the wend it says this area will be quarentined for 72 hours
